Gate.io operates Gate Australia, its local entity (Gate Information Pty Ltd), which is registered with AUSTRAC as a Digital Currency Exchange Provider since November 2023. AUD funding is available via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through third-party partners (Onramper and Legend Trading) rather than direct PayID or bank transfer.
