The Rock Trading S.R.L. was declared insolvent by the Court of Milan (case no. 203/2023). The court-appointed liquidator (curatore fallimentare) is Dr. Luigi Giovanni Saporito. The delegated bankruptcy judge is Dott.ssa Caterina Macchi.

Creditors were instructed to file claims (domanda di insinuazione al passivo) via PEC email to the official address: lg203.2023milano@pecliquidazionigiudiziali.it. Updates and notices are managed through the Portale dei Creditori, the secure creditors’ portal for the Milan court.
